Permboy?

I like to see how people are linking to my blog. Google sends a ton of people here frequently searching for "a generous orthodoxy," "nooma," and various other words. But now people are getting here through a search for "permboy." I’m the third link. So, special thanks to my friend Vikki, for addressing me in a comment as "permboy." (This is a reference to a huge mistake I made while growing up in the 80′s with long hair.)

Fortunately there are no pics of me with the perm, but this shows you the raw material.

    It didn’t look THAT bad. (Ok it does now, but it was way cool back then). Don’t let these other “friends” bring you down. The least they could do is find something encouraging to say.

    Now, let’s all be nice to Joe. I’m sure we’ve all had some hair indiscretions in the past. Many people would be surprised how many people in leadership of some sort in our church used to have mullets.

    Yeah, I used Spam karma before the blog went down. I have to upload it again. I have three posts half done and little time to finish them. Things should be rolling on the blog again this week.
