Btw, have you read or checked out the book Heaven is a Place on Earth by Dr. Mike Wittmer? It expounds on the Calvinstic tradition, but in a way that gives both the layman and the scholar something to think about. The reason I ask is because the opening sentence is something like "I don't want to go to Heaven, but i'm not rooting for the other place...". Your opener made me think of that.... Amen, Christ died for this world, not to save us from it.
