Zombie Dogs?

by Joe Thorn on June 28, 2005

With the resurgence and new popularity of zombie movies, I thought I would share a somewhat related link. Kinda. Here’s a news story about a group of US scientists, aka “boffins,” who brought dogs back to life after being clinically dead for three hours.

    That’s gross.

My sister has a friend who was “dead” for like 3 minutes or something. But three hours for a dog?

According to the article, “They revivedthe dogs and they were perfectly healthy”. How do you then explain the lovely picture? Is that the way the dog was before or after the procedure? Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

I think US scientists must be pretty awsome if they can do anything at all after being clinically dead for three hours. :-)
