Worshipping the Plastic Goddess (for Men)

I'm going to take a couple of posts (one for men and one for women) to call out a great big damaging sin that Christians either fail to address or fail to address well, resulting in the church being held

Pete,

I try to keep things short. My long posts are around 700 words. And all of them to be very informal.

Most posts are written quickly, though many of them have been on my mind for a while. Sometimes I just let a post fly, sometimes I run it by my friend Steve to check my attitude. Often something is on my mind and I write out the ideas in my Moleskine journal, and then transition them to the blog later (I have 3 waiting there right now). Some, like the posts on the Seven, stem from my devotional time. Sometimes I wind up with a few written out in advance, and schedule their publication on the blog for future days.

Joe, I'm wondering if you could share what sort of a process you go through in preparing a post (or a series). I'm guessing you're departing from what seems to be the usual practice in the blogiverse of writing out the fragments of a thought and posting them before discretion kicks in. :)
