In Absentia

Ok, I have been MIA (or MIB) for a while after my big blog meltdown of 2005. I will be regularly blogging after Christmas finishing the series on SE7EN, talking a bit about theology as a discipline and diving into some new topics as well. What have I been doing all this time? Well, there’s the busyness of holiday ministry and family activities, but in addition to that I’ve been taking pictures. Why? Because I enjoy photography and have wanted to get back to it for years now. This is also a great way for me to connect with the art culture in my community, build relationships and in that unique context do the work of an evangelist. You can check out my progress at my photoblog (also linked above).

I appreciate the encouragement to get back to blogging, and have planned to be back on track in a week.

    Joe – very cool stuff there, man! The pic of Bryson is way cool – a picture of youth & quiet passion. Took me back to when I was learning guitar, taking any opportunity to pick for a few minutes. Bryson looks way cooler than I ever did, tho’. Awesome t-shirt!
