Back in June of 2005 I put up a poem by Taylor Mali, “Totally like whatever, you know?” Chris Seay referenced Taylor during his talk at the Younger Leaders gathering that year and I have really come to enjoy a number of his poems. I will assume you know this but just in case –you can find Taylor Mali on iTunes as well. He has a podcast. You need to hear his “How to Write a (Bad) Political Poem. It is a classic. “Any Requests…(okay then)” is also a good one.
