[...] Watch this short, powerful interview with Pastor Joe Thorn (who is short and powerful, himself), pastor of Redeemer Fellowship in St. Charles, Illinois and member of the Acts 29 Church Planting Network. Joe publishes a popular blog at joethorn.net, where you can follow up on his exploits and gain many insights. He’s also very funny. For an example of all these things, read his “Theology for Puking.” [...]

Great post, Joe.

I think the small stuff exposes my pride. With the giant things, I know I can't handle them, so I immediately consider the sovereignty of God and rest there. With the little stuff, I tend to think I can take care of it on my own...sometimes not even seeing that attitude exposed until I can't fix the situation.

Appreciate your desire to glorify Him in the big and small stuff!
