		<description>Joe, I&#039;m just now getting around to seeing this interview.  I&#039;m biased, of course, but it&#039;s wonderful.  These thoughts are not new to my own thinking, but Tom brings so many more connections to the table.  For most of my life (from age 14) I&#039;ve been harping on the false dichotomy that many churches create between good theological teaching and encouragement of pious living in their ministry.  

I love Tom&#039;s last sentence. My paraphrase: We live life according to what we believe about Christ Jesus.</description>
