Early on Friday morning I am taking Jen to the hospital so our doctor can induce labor. She is a few weeks early, but there are complications that make this necessary. All of Jen’s pregnancies are “high-risk” (I wont go into it), but we have great docs and a sovereign God. We would appreciate your prayers for Jen and the little girl she’s carrying. I was going to have Challies or Brister come in to Live Blog the whole event, but decided I could do it myself using Twitter. Today we are having a birthday party for our kids Katherine (turning 7) and Elias (just turned 4). It’s a Pirates and Princesses theme. We’ve never done anything like this before, and though this is very small scale, it’s a busy day finishing up prep. So I woke up early ready to hit the streets running - and it was raining. So I worked on the house until the rain stopped and then headed out for a five mile run through town. Good run.
